Well, the whole process of getting our non-temporary storage delivered sucks! From the customer service at the Joint Personnel Property office in San Antonio Tx to the company responsible for the delivery. So the property was picked up out of storage on the 18th of July and the office in San Antonio forwarded me an email saying that it has to be delivered by 1 August. On 24 June I contacted Graebel and was told I would have my property delivered on the 28th of June and to expect a phone call on the 25th confirming this. By the way, did I say GRAEBEL SUCKS!!!! I never received a phone call from anyone. I had to initiate all calls. GRAEBEL SUCKS!!!! Well on the morning of the 28th I contacted GRAEBEL again and they say they will contact the driver and call me back. GRAEBEL SUCKS!!!! They never called back. At around 1130 am, I called again and once again was told that they would call back when they got more information. GRAEBEL SUCKS!!!! They again, never called back. At 3 PM, I called again, and this time I was told that my delivery was always scheduled for the 1st of August and that no one had told me the 28th. They must think I am stupid. So needless to say I still do not have my property and now have to take another day off from work, why you ask????
